The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is civilian volunteer component of the Coast Guard.  For 70 years members of the Coast Guard Auxiliary have served the boating public in the classroom, at boat ramps and Marinas, and on the water.

Auxiliary members receive training in order to participate in a wide array of activities.  Members serve as instructors, vessel examiners, and boat crew members.  Some local auxiliary members serve alongside our active duty counterparts at Coast Guard Units while others assist the Lighthouse Keeper at America's oldest lighthouse.

If you live in the greater Northampton-Westfield area contact us for more information.  If you live outside our area check out our District site for more information and a flotilla finder to contact a unit near you.
